Thanks for sharing — it was interesting to learn about abductive reasoning. One thing was missing for me though: I thought a key principle of Design Thinking was the ‘Empathise’ part? Perhaps this is part of abductive reasoning but I feel the customer-centricity of Design Thinking is what’s most promising, especially in the sphere of people and organisational development which is where my interest lies. What are your thoughts?
