Great to read such an honest post. Organisations where people can truly be themselves; that allow people to show up in the moment — whatever they’re feeling or going through — get the best out of us. This is something you can’t design in structure — it’s about hiring the right people, building the right culture, and creating consistent habits that remind people they can be human (for example meaningful check-ins in team meetings or asking people what personal assumptions everyone is operating under).
