So often we throw out the baby with the bathwater so I really appreciate your commitment - going back and watching the recording, trying it multiple times, and really reflecting on your contribution.

I think your observation about the facilitator role being less 'visible' online is really valuable and agree that some expectation at the top that it's going to feel unnatural and that's ok, plus what your role is going to be, how you're going to intervene and getting consent or 'the mandate' to do that will definitely help.
